Emma's Coconut and Lime Bundt Cake Recipe For Wayfair 

Spring is finally here, the sun is shining and the promise of summer is just around the corner. For most of us, it's the perfect opportunity for some relaxed alfresco dining—maybe a barbecue with family or a summer garden party with close friends. Whatever the occasion this season, this zesty coconut Bundt cake is the perfect, easy-to-make show stopper. 

A few weeks ago the lovely people at Wayfair contacted me to ask if I would be up to the challenge of creating an original recipe for them. Of course I said yes, because I'l take any excuse for cake! It's also an honour to be featured on their inspiration page. For this challenge, I wanted to create a cake that would stand out, be full of flavour and be easy to make too, which I believe I have achieved in this lime and coconut Bundt cake, drizzled with white chocolate and topped off with strawberries. I'm so pleased with my recipe, and the winning combination of coconut and lime, I would go so far as to say its the best cake I have ever made.

Unboxing L'Occitane Pivoile Flora

Blossom has been falling like confetti in my garden today, it's such a beautiful sight and it reminded me of my newest favourite scent by L'Occitane. I felt inspired to step out of the sun and go back inside to take a photo of my new set to share on Instagram but after I set up my camera I thought it would be nice to share a quick unboxing post on here and introduce you to Pivoile Flora. A very fresh floral scent made with essence of peony. Perfect for spring and summer.

 I'm a big fan of floral fresh scents, so I was excited when a few weeks ago I was lucky enough to win this set in a twitter competition via Liverpool One. This is the second L'Occitane set I've owned, just like the last set this gift set has been put together beautifully.
Inside is 75ml Eau De toilette, 250ml Shower Gel, 10ml hand cream and 75g Petal Soap. All smelling amazing! I confess I'm not a massive fan of solid hand soap but my mum loves it, so I will be giving that to her as well as sharing the rest of the goodies.

I'm now going to go back out into my garden and spend the rest of the afternoon enjoying the falling pink blossom and beautiful sun.
